Large manufacturer in Thailand
A factory running 24/7 across three shifts dispatched 55–60 buses and minivans daily. A single coordinator built the schedule manually, making seat-utilization optimization nearly impossible. Monthly shuttle costs reached 3.8M THB.
Using our optimization engine MiiHawk, we generated dispatch plans automatically from production shifts, OT headcount, employees' nearest bus stops, and six work-calendar patterns — accounting for seat utilization, routes, and stop-by stops. Multiple evaluation axes (lowest cost, shortest time, etc.) are switchable on demand.
Japanese e-contracting service provider (name withheld)
The need was to move paper-centric contract and request workflows fully into the cloud via an e-signature / e-authentication platform. Legal requirements, high availability, PDF signing with timestamping, and robust authentication flows all had to come together.
SSC joined product development as the CTO function — owning authentication flow design, PDF signing and timestamping, and API platform architecture and operations. A hybrid Japan–Thailand engineering structure drives continuous feature expansion.
